to keep her body balanced and in peak condition for her performances.

and is a Level 2 APMA
Instructor. Emily currently also trains in Kyokushin karate and holds
a Certificate III in sports coaching. She now uses Pilates to assist
in her preparation for National and International Karate
tournaments. Emily will create specific programmes for her clients by
drawing on all the different disciplines she has studied in.
Monica Taylor

osteopath, in order to help with her back pain. Within one month the
pain had eased so much that she was a Pilates convert. Realising that
she wanted others to feel the same freedom of movement and strength within their
body she took up training with the renowned Empathy Pilates Training School. Now a qualified Level 2 APMA Instructor, Monica has decided to further her studies via a Bachelor of Health Science (Musculoskeletal Therapy). On top of teaching and studying, she also trains in Aikido (a martial art). Monica currently teaches out of both the Armadale and Elsternwick studios.
